Hotel Viktoria is located at Falzebenerstraße 9, 39010 Hafling, Italy (BZ). Above the spa town of Merano, Viktoria Alpine Hideaway is surrounded by the idyllic natural scenery of Hafling, a sun-drenched village in the heart of the South Tyrolean mountains.
Merano is approximately 12 km from Hotel Viktoria and can be reached by car in around 15 to 20 minutes.
Yes, Hotel Viktoria is easily accessible by public transport. A bus stop is located just a few minutes’ walk from the hotel.

During high season, a minimum stay of 4 or 7 nights applies depending on the room category. Shorter stays may also be possible depending on availability.
Your room or suite will be available from approximately 3:00 pm on the day of arrival. If you plan to arrive after 8:00 pm, we kindly ask for a short notice.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 am. You are welcome to continue using our wellness area free of charge until 1:00 pm.
Dogs are very welcome at our hotel. However, please note that dogs are not permitted in the dining room, wellness area or garden.
We charge between € 15.00 and € 30.00 per day and dog, excluding food.
Please note that dogs are not allowed in all room categories. We therefore kindly ask you to inform us already at the time of booking.
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire hotel.
Yes, Hotel Viktoria is a non-smoking hotel.
A parking area is located directly next to the hotel. In addition, two garage boxes are available. Garage spaces can be reserved for an additional fee.

Hotel Viktoria offers various room and suite categories – ranging from classic double rooms and modern rooms to exclusive suites with private sauna, whirlpool or pool.
Our rooms and suites feature different furnishings depending on the category. They range from classic double rooms to modern rooms and exclusive suites with private spa elements such as a sauna or whirlpool.
Prices vary depending on the selected room category and travel period. Please also note that certain categories require a minimum stay of 4 or 7 nights during selected periods.
As a guideline, our current prices are approximately:
- Classic double rooms: approx. € 170.00 to € 210.00 per person and night
- Modern double rooms: approx. € 225.00 to € 320.00 per person and night
- Suites: approx. € 319.00 to € 380.00 per person and night
- Terra Prestige Suite with private pool and sauna: approx. € 1,500.00 to € 2,000.00 per night

Children are welcome to use our family area. The adults-only area is reserved for guests aged 14 and over.
Hotel Viktoria offers several adults-only areas designed for peaceful moments of relaxation. These include the Ritual, Forest and Stone saunas, the steam bath and selected relaxation rooms. The exclusive adults-only Sky Pool is also newly available.
Yes. On the day of departure, you may use the spa area free of charge until 1:00 pm. After that, we charge € 40.00 including afternoon snack, allowing you to use the spa area until 7:30 pm.
External guests are also warmly invited to enjoy the spa at Viktoria and experience relaxing wellness moments in a stylish atmosphere. We recommend reserving your preferred date in advance.

Exception: the Terra Prestige Suite is offered at a fixed rate.
To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required. The remaining balance can be paid on site at the hotel in cash or by credit card.
We accept cash, EC card, debit card and credit card. Diners Club and American Express are not accepted. Please check with your bank regarding the international availability of your card.

Hotel Viktoria offers children’s rates and discounts for families with two full-paying adults staying in the same room.
For stays including breakfast only, the respective price is reduced by € 10.00 per person and day. For children between 6 and 12 years, the reduction amounts to € 5.00 per person and day.
The local tax of € 3.10 per person and day from the age of 14 is not included in the price and must be paid on site. This is the legally required tourism tax according to Provincial Law No. 9 of 15.05.2012.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Room cancellations are only valid in written form.
- Cancellations up to 31 days before arrival are free of charge.
- Cancellations within 30 days before arrival are charged at 100% of the booked travel price according to the reservation confirmation.
- In case of no-show or early departure, cancellation costs also amount to 100% of the booked travel price according to the reservation confirmation.
Yes, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance in order to avoid potential cancellation costs. Ideally, it should be arranged already at the time of booking.
