• Room availability: Guaranteed from 3:00 PM.

• Late arrival: Please notify us if you expect to arrive after 8:00 PM.

Check-Out

• Room release: By 11:00 AM.

• Late Spa: Complimentary use of the hylèa SPA on your departure day until 1:00 PM.

• Day Spa Upgrade: Use of the hylèa SPA until 7:30 PM for € 25 per person (ages 12+).

• Afternoon Snack: Optional for € 15 (ages 12+) | € 13 (ages 6–11) | € 7 (ages 3–5).

• Included: Rich breakfast buffet, refined afternoon snack, and exquisite gourmet dinner menu.

• A la carte: At lunchtime, we serve delicate dishes from our selection at an extra charge.

Reservation & Payment

• Deposit: A deposit of approx. 30% of the total amount is required to confirm your booking.

• Payment methods: Cash, EC-card, Visa, Mastercard, or advance bank transfer.

• Local Tax: € 3.10 per person/night (ages 14+). This is not included in the total price and is payable on-site.

• Environmental Contribution: € 1.50 per person/night (ages 14+) for the South Tyrol Guest Pass (unlimited use of public transport).

Parking & Mobility

• Outdoor parking: Free of charge directly at the hotel.

• Garage boxes: Private parking available for a fee (reservation required).

• E-Mobility: On-site charging station for easy vehicle charging (for a fee).

Breakfast on Arrival Day

• Gourmet Start: Breakfast buffet can be booked for the morning of your arrival.

• Prices: Adults € 25 | Children (6–12) € 13 | Children (3–5) € 7.

• hylèa SPA: Exclusive massages, facials, and regenerative body rituals.

• Appointments: We recommend booking your treatments in advance.

• Room cancellations are only valid in written form
• Cancellations made up to 31 days before the arrival date are free of charge. For cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date, the cancellation fee amounts to 100% of the total price of the booked stay, as stated in the booking confirmation.
• In case of no-show or early departure, the cancellation fee also amounts to 100% of the total price of the booked stay, as stated in the booking confirmation.
• With our cheap travel cancellation insurance , all cancellation fees are covered in the event of accident, illness or death of the insured, children, siblings, parents and grandparents. Please book the insurance directly with the reservation of the room

Four-legged friends are welcome upon prior notification.

• Allowed Areas: Your dog is welcome (on a leash) in the lobby, at the bar, and on the terrace.

• Dog-Free Zones: Please note that the restaurant, garden, and spa area are reserved for guests without dogs.

• Activity: A spacious dog meadow is located below the infinity pool. Numerous hiking trails start directly at the hotel.

• Extras: Rental dog blanket (also available for purchase) and exclusive dog menus (chicken or steak) for a fee.

• Prices: € 15 to € 30 per day/dog (without food), depending on the room category.
