Making your holidays in Avelengo, Meranerland special
To give you the answers to your questions, we have collected the most frequently asked questions here. Find all the important information from check-in to payment of your room here. If there is anything else you would like to know, you can call us or write to us anytime. We want to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible, so that you can collect beautiful memories of Hotel Viktoria.
Your room or suite will be ready for you from about 3.00 pm. If you arrive later than 8.00 pm please inform us as early as possible.
Please clear your room on the day of departure by 11.00 am. You can use our wellness area until 1.00 pm.
With our ¾-pampering board you can savour the delicacies of Viktoria’s breakfast buffet, the sweet afternoon snack and the gourmet dinner. Our pampering board starts with the sweet snack on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on departure day. Against a fee you can choose from the specialities at our à la carte Bistro.
We charge a fee of € 25.00 per person, € 13.00 for kids between 6 and 12 years and € 7.00 for kids between 3 and 5 years.
You can use our wellness area free of charge until 1.00 pm on departure day, after you have left your room (by 11.00 am). Of course you can access the wellness area until 7.30 pm against a fee of € 25.00 per person from the age of 13. For the sweet afternoons snack we charge € 10.00 per person from the age of 13.
After booking your room and paying the deposit, you will receive a confirmation. Bookings are only valid, if they were confirmed by us in written form (email, fax or letter).
We charge a deposit in advance of about 30 % of the booking price, which has to be paid to our bank account.

Cancellations can only be made in written form. Cancellation is free of charge until one month prior to arrival.
To avoid costs, we recommend you a travel insurance covering your costs in case of cancellation.
For no-shows or early departures we charge 100 % of the booking price.
We recommend booking wellness and beauty treatments at least 14 days before your arrival with our spa team to offer you an appointment according to your wishes.
Yes, dogs are welcome at Hotel Viktoria. However, we kindly ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in the dining area, wellness area, and garden. We charge a fee of € 15.00 - € 35.00 per day and dog, without meals. Not all room categories are available for booking with dogs, please ask upon booking.
We accept cash, cheque, EC card, debit or credit card (except Diners Club and American Express). Please make sure that your payment limit is sufficient for transactions abroad.

Unfortunately you can only book a specific room category. We cannot make a reservation for a special room number of floor. Please understand that there may be variations in floor plans.
Prices are per person/day including our pampering board including all taxes, except local tax. A charge of € 2.20 per person per day will be added on the day of departure for individuals aged 14 and above. (Legally required tourist tax, municipal stay tax, LG no. 9 of May 15, 2012).
Environmental Contribution Fee: Since April 2023, the Südtirol Guest Pass is also provided for guests, allowing free use of public transportation throughout South Tyrol. For this, we charge an environmental contribution fee of € 1.00 per person per night for individuals aged 14 and above on the day of departure.

The prices on our website are our official room rates.
You can park your car directly at Hotel Viktoria free of charge during your stay. Certainly, you can charge your electric car with us for a fee. For this, you will receive a card at the reception with which you can activate the charging station. We have two 22 kW charging stations.
If you book bed and breakfast instead of our pampering board, the price will be reduced by € 10 per person/day. For children aged 0 to 12, the reduction is €5.00 per person per day.
Forgotten items can be sent back upon request. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
If you are arriving by plane in Bolzano, you can book our airport transfer in advance. A fee of € 55 will be charged for this service.
